February 28, 2011: February decided to go out with a bang.

February 27, 2011: I keep hearing about a lady who adopted a dog and then returned it because it didn't match her curtains. Aside from that being utterly ridiculous, I am blessed with cats that go quite nicely in our house. I know this picture is black and white but trust me when I say that Skookum is very much complimenting our decor. I think we'll keep her.

February 26, 2011: April's birthday was last week so we ventured to Colorado Springs today to celebrate. Here is some of the birthday carnage and the delicious cake my mom made.

February 25, 2011: Cold day today. Lots of frost on the trees which is always a beautiful thing to me. Here is also a picture of my commute to work. I just loved how it was lined with frost bitten trees. p.s. I suppose I made up for yesterday with 2 pictures today, eh?

February 24, 2011: I'm admitting defeat for today. It was another nutso day at work, I'm really tired and can't even begin to think of a picture to take for today. I really just wish I could capture Brian's grumbles as he tries to beat a level of SuperMario on my DS in a picture. It's highly entertaining.

February 23, 2011: Brian and I were true Americans. We got some money and we spent it all. We got our annual costco amex refund so we went on a shopping spree at costco. I got this nice supportive pillow to carry me into my 30's. Skookum, Chuck, and Woodrow wanted to be part of the shot today and I didn't have the energy to make them move. Did I mention today was crazy? I guess I didn't...but it was and I'm pooped.

February 22, 2011: Went to Target to get some shampoo...found some knitted earmuffs and fingerless gloves that were calling my name.
